My name is Stefan Avramtchev.
I help teams and leaders solve their most challenging problems and achieve their goals.
I work with first-line people managers to become true leaders, not just great individual contributors who also happen to manage people.
With a background as an engineer, manager, and professional coach, I understand the real-life challenges of engineering leadership: from decision-making and technical debt to autonomy, delegation, people development, and team efficiency. My coaching isn't about generic advice—it's about solving the actual struggles of tech people leadership.
