A one-on-one coaching program designed for first-time team managers stepping into leadership and striving to build high-performing teams. PROGRAM OBJECTIVE The TLT Program helps new team managers remove the final barriers to authentic leadership. By overcoming key hurdles through action, leaders begin to unblock their teams, unlocking radically improved performance and results. TLT has a structure geared towards progress and results, while the content is highly individualised, based on the context and the coachee's needs. HOW IT WORKS Managers chart their journey through the program guided by a true coaching approach focused on self-awareness, goal-setting, action, and feedback. The program is highly individualized, with the coachee setting the agenda to focus on their unique goals and challenges, as they get identified in due course.. STRUCTURE AND CONTENT The program consists of 15 one-on-one online sessions over 20 weeks with the following being a typical session objective allocation:   ✔ 10 Goal-Focused Coaching Sessions – Driving leadership growth through targeted goals.   ✔ 3 Awareness-Focused Coaching Sessions – Exploring key leadership and managerial topics.   ✔ 2 Laser-Focused Coaching Sessions – Tackling unexpected challenges in real-time. The program starts with the first coaching session where the objectives and development needs of the coachee are identified and a plan for the next immediate steps is set. Then the program unfolds in an unique way with different sessions scheduled as appropriate in the individual learning and development journey of the coachee. Taking action with accountability is the one invariable component of the TLT program. Each session is one-on-one with the coach and lasts up to 50 minutes. No pre-recorded lectures or group calls. A RESULTS-DRIVEN APPROACH The program is action-oriented and time-boxed to ensure real progress within 15 to 20 weeks. By the end of the journey, managers gain clarity, confidence, and the ability to lead their teams to sustained success.
