High-Impact Leadership Coaching for Experienced People Managers

A one-on-one coaching program designed for experienced people managers who want to enable and sustain a high-performing team culture while ensuring continuous value delivery and team health. PROGRAM OBJECTIVE This program helps experienced and senior managers cultivate the conditions for thriving teams by upgrading their mindset, skills, and leadership approach to meet the demands of multi-team leadership. Leaders will develop the ability to foster the climate for a winning organization, which is the learning organization. The program has a structure geared towards progress and results, while the content is highly individualised, based on the context and the coachee's needs. HOW IT WORKS Managers navigate their leadership evolution supported by a true coaching approach using self-awareness, goal-setting, action, and feedback. The program is highly individualized, with the coachee setting the agenda to address their real-world leadership challenges. STRUCTURE AND CONTENT The program consists of 8 one-on-one online coaching sessions over 10 weeks with the following being a typical session objective allocation:   ✔ 5 Goal-Focused Coaching Sessions – Driving leadership growth through targeted goals.   ✔ 2 Awareness-Focused Coaching Sessions – Exploring key leadership and managerial topics.   ✔ 1 Laser-Focused Coaching Session – Addressing unexpected challenges in real-time. The program starts with the first coaching session where the objectives and development needs of the coachee are identified and a plan for the next immediate steps is set. Then the program unfolds in an unique way with different sessions scheduled as appropriate for the individual learning and development journey of the coachee. Taking action with accountability is the one invariable component of the ETLT program. Each session is one-on-one with the coach and lasts up to 50 minutes. No pre-recorded lectures or group calls. A RESULTS-DRIVEN APPROACH This action-oriented, time-boxed program ensures tangible progress in 8 to 10 weeks. By the end, the managers will have acquired the mindset and skills to lead at scale, by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
